Jesse Busch

Jesse Busch is a CFA charter holder and Investment Banking Vice President at I-Bankers Securities, where he specializes in middle market transactions across public and private markets. His current focus includes IPOs, SPAC transactions, and secondary capital raises, as well as advising clients on middle market M&A, minority equity raises, and private credit transactions. Jesse has played a key role in expanding I-Bankers’ private markets platform, supporting transaction origination, structuring, and execution across a broad range of industries.
Jesse also has experience across multi-asset portfolio management, equity research, and global equity trading. Prior to I-Bankers, Jesse spent several years at Hightower Advisors where he co-managed diversified portfolios spanning global equities, fixed income, and alternative investments with a focus on macroeconomic analysis and asset allocation.
Prior to Hightower, Jesse spent several years at Macquarie Capital where he held roles as a Senior Equity Research Associate and Global Equity Portfolio Trader. His experience includes fundamental equity research, financial modeling and valuation, global trade execution, and client coverage across hedge funds, asset managers, pension funds, and family offices.
Jesse earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Villanova University and holds multiple FINRA licenses.
