Peter Joseph Goldstein Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

Peter Goldstein has served as our Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman since March 21, 2025. He is a capital markets strategist and serial entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience leading public and private companies through market cycles. His background includes IPO execution, cross-border financing, M&A, capital stack optimization, and public company governance.

Mr. Goldstein has led multiple companies through successful Nasdaq and NYSE listings, guiding hundreds of millions in aggregate capital formation across public and private transactions. He brings a unique combination of deal structuring acumen and operational leadership with a strong focus on long-term investor alignment.

Since June 2019, he has served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Exchange Listing, LLC, a strategic advisory firm specializing in preparing and positioning emerging growth companies for senior exchange listings in the U.S.

In March 2022, Mr. Goldstein founded Emmis Capital LLC, where he serves as CEO. Emmis Capital is a bridge capital fund focused on financing high-growth companies preparing for public market entry or expanding as a public company.

Since December 2006, he has also served as Founder and CEO of Grandview Capital, previously a FINRA-registered investment bank focused on capital formation, strategic advisory, and investor relations for entrepreneurial companies across global markets.

Mr. Goldstein served on the Board of Directors of Siyata Mobile Inc. (Nasdaq: SYTA), a provider of push-to-talk cellular solutions for enterprise and first responder markets, from October 2020 to May 15, 2024, including as Chairman from February 2021. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Advanced Health Intelligence Ltd, a developer of biometric and digital health screening technologies, since June 29, 2022.

He holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami, an Advanced Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School, and an International Directors Certificate from INSEAD. Mr. Goldstein has previously held FINRA Series 7, 24, 66, 79, and 99 licenses.
