I have co-sponsored and led the finance and operation functions of several successful SPACs, including Archimedes Tech SPAC Partners Co., which merged with SoundHound AI, Inc., and Global SPAC Partners Co., which merged with Gorilla Technology Group, Inc. I have also overseen the orderly liquidation of Ackrell SPAC Partners I Co.'s Trust, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and shareholders' interests.
